A glitch I've experienced in gc's

Ok so basically this has only happened to me in a gc. But the same glitch has also happened to one of my friends as well. Anyways the glitch I've experienced is on the member's list it replaces one of the members with yourself. Its nothing but a visual glitch but it affects pings as well. what I mean by replacing a member is that the name and pfp of the member will be replaced by your username and pfp. this then ends up showing your username and pfp twice on the member's list. If you try the ping the person who's been replaced the ping won't work, however, the person who's been replaced can still send messages and call. In a call, if there are 4 ppl, one of them being the replaced member. it won't show the pfp or the green circled around the pfp when someone talks of the replaced member even though they are also in the call.I tried to explain this glitch as best as I can but hopefully, discord fixes it.
