[Feature Request] Name highlight indicators for Joining and leaving calls.

I have an idea for something non intrusive and not interrupt the conversation with weird noises.

You could make it so when someone joins the call, the box around their name has a green tint when they join which fades away after about 3-5 seconds. You could quickly glance over and see "oh okay they joined." And if someone leaves their name gets moved to the bottom of the call list and have a red tint and they just fade entirely away after 3-5 seconds.

It could be a nice little optional feature, and would be good for large calls when people leave and join a lot, and maybe make the colors editable for colorblind folk as well.
