New feature: personal voice channels

I would love to have the possibility to give the members of my server permissions for their own channel and their own "move" channel. Means: James is connected to "James' voice channel". To "James Voice channel" is "James move channel" attached. Only James has the permission to move someone from "James move channel" to "James voice channel". The problem is that by now James would have to have the rights for every visable channel, but I don't trust James as much that I would give him the permission to move people out of the "general" voice channel. Also I dont want only James to have this but be able to give everyone else the rights for their own private voice channel as well. 
In my mind it seems possible by adding a switch in the channel settings so the owner can activate the permission for a specific member.

    you can already do that using the permission system.

    create a channel named "james" and open the permissions panel for this channel, in the permissions panel select "role" > everyone > disable "connect" permission for @everyone

    go back to the permission panel and add a member permission > select james > enable connecting to the channel AND move members

    now only james can connect to channel james, and he can also move anyone to there (this could be an issue cuz james can just move anyone to his channel and annoy them)
