Dms access

I think we should be able to dm anyone as long as we shared a server before, and they haven't blocked you. So... like... I'm in... (example) Music server 1, and this other person is in that server. I leave, I should still be able to dm them. Just a suggestion. I think group dm requirements should stay the same though.
