Turning off cameras in a group chat

Very often when I happen to be talling with a group of friends we may turn on our cameras every once in a while. Unfortunately because of my wifi the call tends to stop repeatedly because so many people are doing video. I'd just like the option to turn off their cameras on my end just as you would mute someone. I don't like to ask if everyone else can turn them for my benefit. As much as I'd like to see them during conversation, engaging in that conversation takes much more priority.
