Linux App Still crashes consistently when using voice chat.
Since update 0.0.10, discord is absolutely unusable on Linux. When on voice chat, receiving a message freezes discord, someone entering the voice chat freezes discord, someone leaving, etc.
This can easily be fixed with the usage of third-party clients, which discord refuses to accept because of the paid features. The thing is, most people on Linux are not interested in these features, and the API could just redirect the billing system always towards discord if you want to.
I plead to you, Discord, to fix your app for your users. If you can't, please allow third-party clients, since you can implement ways to verify if it is a spam bot or a third-party client, it has been done before and would both decrease your work hours and money spent on support as well provide better experience to the small demographic that is us Linux users. Thank you.
