Retroactive replies

How many times a day do you write a message responding to someone, but forget to hit the reply button? Then you have to copy the message, delete it, paste it, and then re-apply all the formatting you did. That just sucks.

Please add a feature where you can retroactively reply *after* you already sent your message! This would be so useful!!!

  I'd like to add that if the retroactive pinging is an issue, I'd still be super happy having this default to the @off setting. That way, these seemingly random messages would still have a link to their context.
