Accidental image spamming issue

I've been having an issue occasionally where I send an image once and then Discord posts it 4+ times. Any fix for this?

  This happened to me one time, but it was completely due to my horrible connection at the time. I would suggest improving your connection any way you can and it should stop happening :D
