Do servers get deleted if the creator/owner stops using them ?

Hi,

One of my friends died suddenly & she created a server a group of us use, we're currently using it to keep in touch while the funeral is organised.

There are a lot of fond memories we'd rather not lose.

As she won't be logging in again & no one else has her account details what will happen to the server, or her account for that matter ?

    The server won't get deleted unless discord suspends their account, and discord won't suspend an account soley because of inactivity.

    I'm not 100% sure of this but I think you can also put in a support ticket requesting ownership of the server as well.

    Edit: yeah you can, go to https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new , select help & support, server ownership transfer request.
