Suggestion - Customer Engagement

When users leave a Discord server I feel it be useful from a discords owner improvement plan that gives an option for user leaving to fill out a feedback sheet or survey on why they left the discord, optional for them to fill. It helps us server owners understand where we might need to improve our channels, usp and general discord, trend analysis and higher retention etc. The survey information can be stored in the customer insights section.
