Keep settings in web based discord

web based settings persisting like they do in the desktop and mobile clients would be awesome, so we don't have to constantly change our settings back to the way they were every time they get reset

    I've never seen this work in the client as logging in and out between accs constantly resets the settings selected for my brother and I.
