Add a in-message preview when changing your avatar

After changing your avatar twice in a 5 minutes span, you get this "You are changing your avatar too fast, please try again later".
When tinkering with an avatar we want to see how does it look like in dms or in servers, not in this oversized settings window. So I change multiple times in a row and very quickly ends up getting rate limited. Either change this stupidly low ratelimit to something actually usable, Either add a much more descent preview that puts your avatar in context.
Even better, just let us access the Appearance tab from the settings that does exactly this.
