Allow moderators of a server use Nitro perks only on that server

It would be great to see moderators, admins and owners to use nitro perks on that server if they have a moderator role on them.

For example, let's say i'm a owner of a server, and i added .gif nitro emotes. I have currently a role that has the permission of a Moderator. So, make it that the roles that have permission of Administration able to use nitro perks (Only .gif emotes and 50MB files) in that server.

Let me explain in images if you didn't understand.
If a person has a role with Administrator permission turned on...
... They have access to Nitro features ONLY in servers they have a role with Administrator permissions assigned to them ...
... For example, using .gif emotes without the need of nitro, or uploading 50MB files ONLY in the servers they have a Administrator role assigned to them.

Now i think you get it. I would be excited to see these features being implemented on Discord.
