Server Feedback on leaving

me and a few others just got the idea that it would be great if people would get a window on leaving a Server where they optional can leave a "Feedback" Text for Server Admins/Mods with the ability to see the feedback so they know why people leave and get a better chance to improove on issues that are a big issue and might not get pointed out by people while they are on the Server.
