Add a ↩ mark to messages that have been replied to

I'm a mod on a very active Discord server and there's a feature that would REALLY help me out a lot. When someone replies to a post, it quotes the original message in the reply, which makes it easy to backtrack to the original question and the posts before it. That's great.

What it doesn't do is let you know if the original message has been replied to. When I log on to several pages of new posts, I'll see a question, but have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see if that question has been replied to.

It would be awesome if it included maybe a little ↩ mark or something in the ORIGINAL message to indicate that it has been replied to. Just a small indication that yes, this has been replied to somewhere later on. It could even be a link that when you click on it it jumps to the first reply. That would be heaven.
