Moblie Phone verification problem

I attempted to log into my main account on my PC but it says it needs my phone number and i give it it but its saying that the number is already registered somewhere else. BUT ITS NOT!!! Im locked out of my MAIN account now on both PC and MOBLIE so discord at this point in time is useless. HELP!!!
