Phone Number issues

I am having Serious Issues of Getting my Phone Number back onto my Account and it keeps saying "An Existing Discord Account is Already Using this number. Please Remove it before it can be used for a New Account" Which i don't and i havent give anyone my Discord Number. What do i do? Can Discord Reset it?
