inability to mute the microphone

When making a voice call on my mobile device, I am unable to mutate or leave the call via the call interface. I saw some people and close friends with the same problem.

    I've had that same issue! I came to support trying to find that out too. I don't like not being able to mute myself or change anything. My phone has a pop up that says "Krisp isn't working, close and give it another go"
