discord crashes and enters a boot loop when attempting to join a call

what if kez, but a boi?

extremely cool and good, discord is once again freezing, crashing, restarting (repeat forever) when i try to join a voice or video call. the usual fixes don't work because they require changing settings that don't exist on the linux version

fedora 33, x64
Stable 78803 (7567b0e) Host 0.0.13 Linux 64-Bit (5.10.15-200.Fc33.X86_64)

issue isn't present on the web version, issue *is* present on the flatpak build

anybody have any idea what the problem is?

  Same problem occurs on Arch and also both of my friends have this problem. One uses Manjaro and the other Kali linux.

  Try using the Discord PTB version.

  I have the same issue now on Arch with all versions of discord, except for web version. Does someone have a solution now for this?

  Happens on all versions except when I try running them from the command line, which then gives no errors, because it works only then.

  Very frustrating ngl
