Pop-up info wont close

I believe there was an update that you couldn't close tabs unless you clicked on them a second time-- and I'm not a fan. I went to open my notifications, but then clicked on my settings, that popup for the notifications hid my x close for the settings menu. I wish it went back to automatically closing people's infos when you clicked on something else.

    I guess it was a visual glitch? But here was what I was seeing.
