What is the best way to get your disabled account back?

My Discord account was disabled yesterday for sharing personal/private information of a user, Discord emailed me back about it and told me the reason, but did not give any proof or a message link of me doing this. I do remember though the following day one time I was in a group chat with my friends and we were talking and joking with each other. I made one joke on my friend using a fake home address from Zillow (I have proof) which is a real estate company that has home addresses. I said to him, "this sounds familiar?" And we were laughing and having fun. My friends and I joke like this a lot. After that, about 30 minutes later I get logged out of my Discord account and I couldn't log in, it said that I was disabled and that's where I checked my email. I also said this in the ticket and tried to explain everything and asked if they could reinstate my account. They responded to me back with an automated message from their bot, Clyde. I think this is really unfair and I really need that account back, it was very valuable to me. It had lots of friends on it, it was my oldest account, it had good servers and group chats, I had secret notes on it, and I had Discord nitro and nitro credit. I really spent a lot of time and put money in that account and I really don't want to lose my friends. I have problems socializing in real life and only Discord makes me happy and comfortable, my family members don't. Before Discord, I was really suffering from depression. I don't want to go back to that stage, please help me get my account back. I need your guys' help, and if the Discord support team is seeing this please reinstate my account.
