Discord reCAPTCHA Problem

So I go to submit a request for something  ( wanted to apeal my account ), and just before i finish filling out all the details something pops up saying "Cannot contact reCAPTCHA. Check your connection and try again.". I've tried many times in the past day or so yet I keep getting this message. My problem stands that I cannot submit a request because of this reCAPTCHA issue.
A response and pherhaps some advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated! :)
