Text messages take 10 to 20 seconds to be sent. Using Android.

Hi. Something is really bugging me. I have discord on PC and android. This happens with the android app but never happens with PC. I try to send a text message, but it gets stuck for 10 to 20 seconds or so before it gets sent. I know because the message is like greyed out when it's still being sent. And I also see other people's messages arriving, and my message is stuck at the bottom. This is not consistent. Sometimes messages are sent just fine. But this issue seems to happen once or twice every 5 minutes say. I'm using a Samsung Note 8 right now. I hope someone can debug and fix this. Thanks

    I did a little experiment to further confirm the bug.

    I opened "discord browser" (not the app) on my phone. And I chatted for a while. The messages were never delayed. I used my very same phone. Discord the app delays messages but discord browser (discord chrome) doesn't. Also like I mentioned, discord PC doesn't.

    I am up to date. I have just updated my discord.

     

    It shouldn't be an internet connection issue. There is no "connecting" at the top. And also I can see messages incoming. I just can't send.

    Hey I found the fix out no help from the devs smh. All you have to do is leave some servers and its working again good as new. Spread the word
