Locked out of discord

Hello, I have a big problem, i am entirely locked out of my discord, i tried to turn off two step auth one my account but instead turned off sms to recieve the codes, now when i try authy or google auth its not enabled to my account apparently, so now i have no way of getting any code to log in to my account. Is there any way to fix this or am i just screwed out of my discord account ?

    Sadly I tried to contact discord but they told me that it was impossible if you don't have backup codes or an authenticator so it means you have to create a new account :( sorry, but you may try to contact discord support they may do something :)
