Ring one person in a group DM

Sometimes you want to start a call with only 2 people in a group chat, instead of calling the whole other 9 people, so they can join later if they want to. Knowing you can ring one person at a time when you're already in a group call, so I don't see how that'd be unreasonable or unachievable.
