I think it would be great to have a "raise your hand" button for the class. sometimes which can be activated on a specific voice channel or on the server so as not to have to go through the chat every time

  You could use writing messages or reacting to a message with an emoji in text channels as a workaround.

  I think this is same as what Stage Channel can does which is still in-progress I believe

  Oh, this is what stage channels are about. I have just read a changelog noted that the button was added to the public beta by mistake.
