Idea for Group Chats

Make it so you can transfer ownership of a Group Chat. Another Idea for a group chat is the ability for vote kicking, say someone cant use whatever account that is in the group chat and the owner of it is nowhere to be seen, they can kick the owner and get the owner powers/ they could just kick the unavailable person/account.

  You can already request a transfer of group ownership in the same way you can request a transfer of server ownership.
