Disable GIFs

There is currently no adult filter for the GIFs. When choosing a gif to send someone, all sorts of inappropriate GIFs can come up. Please can there be an option to block my account from sending new GIFs and to hide the GIF list from an account across all devices.

  see, but here's the thing: there are nsfw filters on gifs that are sent from giphy and tenor.  however, gifs that are sent from directly from the device do not have filters, that's because discord doesn't have super-cool robot filters that can identify anything and everything like they do in movies, in a gif.

  A very simple solution: In the settings of an account, a person has the option of enabling or disabling the option of sending gifs
