Discord Windows 7 Amd won't go on top

I installed Windows 7 on my PC because my motherboard doesn't support Windows 10, but when i installed discord on Windows 7 i realized that it isn't going on the top layer.
I wasn't getting GIFs to play automatically WITH the option enabled so i started to searching the reason why and found that it isn't getting on top window even when i click to change server, DM, selected an image, right clicked a message, nothing is working, I even tried installing canary but got nothing. I have AMD gpu.
