New setting for notification alarm

sometimes I think the notification alarm is a bit disturbing. so i think Discord need to renew the setting of notification and I suggest to add custom setting for notification alarm volume. because the alarm is too loud but I wont turn off the alarm so I think this is good idea to improve Discord
