Removed or Lessened Cooldown on Profile Picture Changing + Add Preview of Profile Pic to Mobile before accepting

Please remove or make the cooldown for changing your profile picture at least 5. Also, please add a profile picture review to mobile similar to on PC where it shows you what it'll look like before you choose to accept it or not.
