Setting to move navigation menu to the right of texts

The Windows Discord app can be moved to the left of the screen to only read the messages and use Quick Switcher to move between channels. I would like it to be possible to flip the layout so that members would appear on the left when toggled, the texts are prominent on the left, and the channels/navigation settings were on the right. This way, a Windows app user could do the same thing on the other side of their screen.
