Regarding Discords moderatio practices
short version:be more transparent about what happens to the users accounts if they get reported, we see what happens if they report us,why cant it be the other way around? If i report an underaged user, i am getting tired of seeing the old fashioned copy paste response of "for privacy reasons we cant state what happens" im pretty sure all you would need to say if they got warned, temporarily suspended, or permanently banned of the platform followed by their accounts being deleted. Im pretty sure you also would not need to give any other information besides action taken on their account, and the username. Reddit has it for subreddits where if you are banned you can appeal it since it says plainly "your account has been suspended/banned from this subreddit, this comment may have lead to your suspension" or "Your account has been banned sitewide from reddit due to a violation of our policy on violent content/bridgading/illegal cotent." and then says what the comment was. Cant Discord use a similar system? bots can be set up to give a reason when banning people from a discord server

And before anyone replies with "But COPPA and the kidz!" No. that only applies if the user was found to be UNDERAGED. ie below 13 and was reported for it. Otherwise coppa regulations would not apply past that.
