Ability to report users directly from the client.

Reporting bot / hacked users shouldn't be a complicated process. If you get a fake giveaway DM (or other spam messages) from a user, right clicking on their picture should give you an option to report that particular message for spam.  

This would allow discord to locate and terminate scam bots much faster and limit the amount of damage they do. 

If you're worried about false reports, give a warning prompt that needs confirmation before sending the report. You could also include an check box to differentiate between scammers on new accounts and friends who have been hacked. 

The longer it takes to report scam users / bots the less likely they are to get reported. Right now it takes at least 5 minutes if you've never done it before when it could be as fast as 30 seconds.

    Ture. With the increase in scams and as a big server moderator we find it impossible to report everyone and we have to limit ourselves to just banning them, which does not fix anything.
