5000 ping discord

i was talking with my friends in discord and then one of them said something and his voice cut off and we cant hear him and he cant hear us and then he sent us a picture that his ping is 5000 and he used to have perfect connection and then that problem came to me for like 3 months and then it got away and another one of my friends had it and then it got away to the first one who had the problem its like a infection so please fix your app because im tired of this

  This started happening to me about 4 days ago now, I have done quite a bit searching for a solution and have found nothing. I really hope that I don't have to wait 3 m o n t h s for this to fix itself, it's very annoying.
