Video in-game overlay

This will only be implemented with enough upvotes! Video calling with friends is fun but what about at the same time with gaming overlay? Seeing their reactions on the game overlay would be better and more entertaining. Would it be possible to have the same type of setting as the regular game overlay (pop up when speaking or continuously on) for the benefit of this who do not have a second screen at their disposal? The ability to resize the screen image would be beneficial as well. I think many people would be interested in this feature as it would enhance their playing with friends benefits. Thank you!
