Preset Profile Pictures

Hi you guys probably wont see this but I have an idea/question. Whenever you guys put images of discord profiles they have really cool pfps that I would assume some artist at discord made. I really like them is there a way i could get them or have it added to discord like pre made pfps like (something like the picture added)how Xbox has pfps you can pick from certain games they have.
