Sub-chats (chat in a chat)
I think that server owners should be able to divide a text channel in a 2 or more child channels whereas the permissions and everything would be kept (synced) with the parent channel (except for the chat itself).
For example, let's say I create #general (parent) chat and I want general to be multilingual, it'd be a mess if everyone talked multiple languages in a general, instead we should be able to create "child channels" in #general, like #eng #fr #es where user could switch the chat "child channel" with a drop down menu or something like that.
I know many big servers who keep themselves "English only" because it'd be a mess to have already hard to manage server channels duplicated for each language, this could be called "a child channel" or something like that (my English is bad so I can't really use proper words, hope you understood my point)
I'm suggesting this as this'd be a simple implementation because everything except for the chat would be synced so discord doesn't have to make big changes to the API
(This'd certainly help bots too, let's say we can have a single channel for multiple game bots OR the moderation bots could be more efficient)
