Competitive Voice Chat Feature

Add a new type of voice chat that hooks into games to detect when you die, such as in Counter-Strike and Rainbow 6. When you are dead, you can only talk to other people who are dead, or alternatively use the assigned push-to-talk button to talk to those who are still alive.

The dead people can still hear those who are alive. This would make it easier to strategize while not disturbing those who are still alive and listening for footsteps, etc., and would still allow for valuable input for those who are out of the round.
