Top Hat Emoji

The top hat emoji is quite hard to notice, since it overlaps with the dark mode background. I believe it is a shame for this emoji because it is such a cool one but you need to squint real hard to see its colors in dark mode.

  is kinda ironic, because it only can be seen in light mode lol
