Server Customization

Hi, i own a small minecraft server network, over my years of using discord everyday and the main hub for almost all communication through my network, one thing that I always wished was for their to be more customization added to the servers, a way to make it feel like YOU own the server and not discord a way to make it feel personal or to help show off your creativity.

So one of my requests is..... a way where we can customize the actual page/server where we can change the font or the background colors or where things are displayed. 

My main request is that we need a better welcome/information area. The new welcome msg that gets displayed is not enough and since its a pop-up users are almost gonna completely ignore it and based on my stats they do, and the fact that it only gets shown once makes it completely useless to provide any real information about the server as players cant go back and view it again. Almost every single well made or popular server has a channel at the top of the channel page dedicated to rules or a welcome area to store information about the server or how things work on the server or in my case information and links about my minecraft server and how to join it. The fact that we have to create a channel and setup permissions for it and send a msg in it to display basic server information just feels super redneck/cheap/raunchy, it feels like we have to find a work around in the system to display this stuff. My proposal is that we have a dedicated button on the top of the channels list (that is not a channel nor looks like a channel) where it takes you to a page that shows server info or whatever where you can add information about your server or what ever you want to put there if that's recent changes or announcements or information or pictures etc. the list goes on. This can also make it super easy for new users to know where to find this type of stuff as it would be standardized. Also not to mention their should be a toggle in the settings in case some server dont want to use it. 

...... and lastly, CAN YOU PLEASE ALLOW US TO USE CAPITAL LETTERS IN TEXT CHANNEL NAMES. It makes zero sense as to why we can add capitals to voice channel names but not any other channel. It makes things look so inconsistent with the system and feels like it is a bug or a flaw, i don't know if this is because of a database formatting thing but come on Discord its just capital letters.
