Missing Game Activity Setting?

I can't seem to find the game activity setting on Chromebook, and this is mildly frustrating for some reason. I've carefully searched all of the settings tabs I can see and I can't find anything like "Game Activity" anywhere. If anyone can help that's figured it out in the browser version can you let me know how to enable it or let me know if I have to go through the app version for Chromebook.
