Why doesn't discord support team provide a feedback?

First of all, Discord is an application that I love to use. But the other day, I received an e-mail that my account was disabled due to my age, and then I sent my photo with my id many times with my problem. If I did something wrong, I would never repeat it again. Although I'm over 18, I don't know why I got a warning about my age. I wonder why the discord support team still haven't verified my age or gave me a feedback.
If there is someone who checks the articles here, can he or she help me with my problem? All my things are on that account and I request it to be re-opened.I hope discord shows the value it gives to its users with its support.

    The lifting of Underage bans is on low priority. It can take up quite a time.
