Account disabled cause of multiple transactions?

Good evening. 3 Days ago my profile was disabled after I reported a problem on 31/03/2021 that dealt with the fact that numerous transactions had been made on my paypal account of 28 discord nitro gifts.
After reporting the problem opening tickets, 3 days later, without receiving any response, the account was disabled for the following reason:

Our records indicate that there are one or more chargebacks associated with purchases made with your account.

This is precisely the problem i reported on tickets and now I describe what happened:
On 03/31/2021 late at night I purchased discord nitro classic for the fixed cost of $ 4.99 per month. In the morning between 6:50 and 55 am I received 28, transactions from the paypal account linked to my discord account, of 28 discord nitro classic gifts, as you can see. Immediately I first changed the password of both, discord, paypal and changed the main card connected to paypal.
Later I contacted discord support, revolut support and today paypal support, having not yet received responses from discord support. My account was disabled today.

First of all, I kindly ask that my account be reactivated, to which I have many logins and subsscriptions+ data connected. Second but not least I would like to ask if it is possible to have a refund of the discord nitro gifts by revoking them ... i did not actually puchase or wanted them.
