read the message history

A further restriction within the channel should be added to the authorization to be able to "read the message history", so that a user can only read the messages that are intended for him / herself.

For example, with the subject of "support", this would make sense, since not every user wants others to be able to read which question they are asking for support.

It should be possible to activate or deactivate this additional barrier, depending on how much privacy the user wants.
