Maximum Output Volume

Hello,

Is it possible to set an upper limit for the input volume? To show you exactly what I mean with an example.
My microphone is generally very quiet. Unfortunately, I have a lot of fluctuations in the volume, e.g. due to laughing. The ears of the people in the DIscord hurt when this happens. If they turn me down, my normal voice becomes incomprehensibly quiet. It would be desirable to have a function that reduces the volume to X as soon as the input volume is greater than decibel X. Do you already have such a function?
