User Option to set Reply Pings On/Off by Default

It would be nice to have an option to enable your Reply pings to be switched On/Off by default; or to keep it switched Off/On once you use the function. It seems a little strange to have the option missing as there's plenty of people who'd rather not use pings where they can/not receive them.

 Or perhaps even a 'Suppress Reply Pings' option somewhere in a given Server's Notification settings, like how there are options to suppress certain pings and mentions.

  This issue is a top annoyance at the moment, and many fellow users have said the same.
