Discord's Own global emotes

I know how places such as twitch have their own global emotes, which would be a really nice idea to add to discord.
Not as in servers using an emote from their server that everyone can use, but ones that discord lets everyone use.
The stickers seemed pretty popular from what i've seen, so these emotes could be the wumpus' take on them, ie wumpus being happy, sad, thumbs up, etc. It would let a lot of people who dont have nitro some variety with emotes, as well as discord being able to have their own unique emotes.
