Make bots not count toward the people being metioned

A server in which I'm a mod has at certain times of the day less that 10 people online, but more than 20 bots(for some reason).
Because of this whenever I try to use @here it warns me about pinging 30+ people even though only 10 people are online.

Can accounts that are bots not count towards the people you are about to ping?
