Impersonation

My main account has an impersonator now. This user has stolen my art as their current profile picture and they are using my name. They created their account March 31st, 2021 today. I can't report them because they haven't sent me or anyone else messages. I'm scared that they're going to start spreading lies about me. What can I do if I can't report without any message IDs?
